No; Eurmal is based on RW trickster myths, which are found in a number of cultures. However, one of the cults I wrote up for Sorcerer Knights (which one could, at a stretch, think of as 'the Loskalmi Trickster') *is* based on exactly the kind of thing you describe, with a bit of John Ball (of the 1381 Peasant's Revolt) thrown in for good measure. Whether it will ever appear in print and/or become part of 'official' Glorantha, is not, of course, something I can guarantee :-)
