The Technocracy, IIRC, still believe that reality is consensual - they just want it to be *their* consensus. There are some respects in which they are similar, no doubt, but the core philosophy is somewhat different, I believe. But I could be wrong, not being an expert on WW products :-)

I don't know about 'liars' - although obviously they're atheists. Unless you mean that other people *call* them liars, which they probably do.

Yes. Some sects say he was a Prophet, others that he is wholly divine, others that he's somewhere in between. Monotheists love to argue about this sort of stuff.
