Mything Links update

Added Elmal at the Hill of Gold by Nikk Effingham, Journals of a Shargashi by Martin Laurie and How Elmal Brought the Last Light (a tale told in Vanch or Scylilla) by Pam Carlson.

Following a message I found in the Digest I changed Loricon in The Story of Aye and Bee from being the King of the Quivini to being King of the Kheldon.

Only 8 to go before the total hits 500! (Just about done to the end of 1996).
