There are really two ways to explain my idea :

  1. In HQ/HW terms, Babs has No Sex xWy and Heler and Yinkin and others have Yes Sex aWb.

In the game, Helerings and Yinkini have the chance (with some negative modifiers !!!) of overcoming BabsGori resistance to sex.

2) Babs can be understood as Ernalda's stillborn daughter.

She is the product of Ernalda's infertile menstruation, but in the Great Darkness, Ernalda went to sleep, and her unfertilised ovum awoke, because everything was upside-down, and her death became her life.

Menstruation, therefore Blood Beer affinities etc ...

However, Babs is a very important part of the Ernaldan life cycle, and in her core, she retains her Fertility powers. That is, as an unfertilised ovum, she has no Fertility powers of her own, but retains her core ability to be fertilised. This is the core source of her taboos. Unfertilised = not-sex.

This ability to be fertilised is essentially unrealised in her mythology, and she certainly has no children, but she is a focus of love, as her other name, Ura : the Pleasant One, indicates ; and Yinkin and Heler among other rulesbreakers have, IMO, understood and appreciated her deep reality, and especially have understood and had compassion for her suffering.

Existing myths of this would definitely be local ones, BTW.

Mainstream BabsGori would see the above as complete heresy.
