Dilis during the Ban

IMO Dilis is more likely to be isolated from Loskalm than within it as the Ban isolated communities by how connected they were with each other. For example the Junoran statelets were isolated from Loskalm proper and from each other while Jonatela was dismembered by the Ban because of the powerlessness of the the Jonating Kings when the Ban fell. Given that Dilis is a chaos infested swamp, the Ban would have been more likely to isolate it from Loskalm than include it.
