But Revealed Mythologies [p.48] says otherwise: "The migrated Fiwan [animal folk] are the Genertelan Hsunchen."

Speaking of Uncolings, there was a cool article on the Tsaatan reindeer herders of Mongolia in the 18 Jan 2003 issue of Science News. The Tsaatan don't eat their animals, except as a last reort. They do make reindeer milk cheese. Stone carvings (2000-3000 years old) portray "flying deer and creatures that have deer bodies and antlers but ducklike bills."
