How about "Adepts"? In old RQ 3rd and Tales #13 setting, it seems that was equated as an advanced occupation of wizards in write-ups.

But later he returned to Ralios and proved worshipping of lesser deities in
his church is OK.
Yes, I already know your intention for arkati.

But it seems Brithini made similar structure of society in each of their colonized coastal area as most nonhuman elder races. Divergence is from their mortality, I think.

Yes, but how about like the current rulers of naskorion and azilos? They already became (in)famous as targets of inquisitors and called themselves Archon or Autarch, etc... I know your attitude to Stygian Autarchy, and I am skeptical about most of Stygian Autarchs were merely figureheads of secret society.
(I remember many safelstans can call all of the name of autarchs from Arkat to Pazlac.) Or they are all Deatheaters of Lord Vordemort.....? (All of leaders in office wear masks before public?) both for their mystical achievement and a sort of self discipline to divide responsibility from privilege....(or hide their trollish feature?)
Don't try to answer.....
