Their cities are strange alien places that do not obey normal geometry. Several key EWF buildings might be still in those cities because nobody has ever found their ruins

Lastly Dragonewts do not have a society as humans know the term. They act according to (and sometimes against) their immature draconic nature rather than any rational thought.
