Actually, given that Fonrit and Umathela are much more densely populated, it might not be mainly negro. (Fonrit is mainly a mix of blue and "negro," while Umathelans are primarily of Wareran stock with mixing of blue and "negro.")
According to Tales 11, there are 11 million Fonritans, who constitute about 40% of the population of the continent. There are about 6 million elves. The total population of Kothar and Jolar is less than 4 million (and some of them are Blues).
BTW, my guess would be that the "race" blank is the common misuse for "species."
