I think it is clear that any traits that a Gloranthan has are probably worthy of a *story*, whether trivial or concerning the Godswar and the creation of the universe.

"Hragar has a prehensile nose because...", "Blessed by the mole people, Brognan has velvety black hair..", "Without his horny toes Rindi would not be able to leap across rocks like a goat." etc

So, every element has some sort of association, and usually not just the random quirkiness of genetics.
