The chainmail bikini cover was used on the Grimes Orkshop editions and boxes of RQ2, -80 & -82, I think.

The other cover I have seen in both colour and, uh, brown and white. It seems to me that the rulebook from the box was in brown and white, while the 2nd ed book sold without box was in colour. I don't know if the brown and white cover is exactly the same on the first edition as the one used in the 2nd ed box, as I have only glanced through the first edition book once.
