No. The original Ramalians were not pig-folk and the Harandings dwelt to the Northeast. The Valeki took over the Highlands including the mountains of Irn but the Ramalians still lived on the shores.
Who lived in the highlands before the Valeki came is unknown. My personal belief is that it was the sleek deer people who became corrupted by Chaos during the Gbaji Wars and were later wiped out.
