Not true: the Telmori aren't tied to any Lunar cycle (unlike the suggestion in the Dragon Pass boardgame) but are cursed by Talor to change unvoluntarily on Wilddays. They may apply Hsunchen magic any other day, and retain their uncursed intelligence. The level of which is a matter of derision among many Sartarites except those who had to match minds with Kostajor and similar leaders.
