Peter said that the Basmoli were driven out of Seshnela during the Serpent Kings' reign. Correct inasmuch the pure lion worship is concerned.

Incorrect if you look at Pendali- or Likiti-descended people. At least one Pendali "kingdom" joined the Serpent King kingdoms out of their own accord, and parts of their "priesthood" probably became somewhat prominent in the Earth Worship of those people. I'm fairly certain that Seshna Likita's was either a theist religion or a common religion with a strong theist slant like Donandar or Lanbril. Fairly likely it became something like that under the Serpent Kings, and probably the Little Saints mentioned in the Quinpolic League keyword stem from that time.

Old Seshnela, however, happily included non-Brithini- (or Zerendel-) descended people and their citadels (anything ending on -ket probably is of Likiti/Pendali origin), up to and including the Tanisorans who were the ancestors of the modern Kingdom of Seshnela. The Serpent Kings pretty much obliterated the idea of racial purity within their kingdom (one even taking an eastern queen), and whatever returned later was not founded on a Brithini identity. Beast-blooded humans and beast-form humans would not necessarily be excluded by pre-Rokari sects.

Aldryami, Beastfolk etc. might be regarded as agents of Saint Likita, the matron bearing a snake around her neck (or similar). Founder King Froalar exists as a human-headed snake in her entourage.

Other races will most likely be regarded as demonic - none of us.

Anything Arkat did other than slaying vampires or Gbaji missionaries is regarded as bad by the Seshnegi, even in Old Seshnela where contacts with Guhan were limited. I doubt a troll saint could occur in Seshnela. In Fronela just possibly near Xemstown, outside of Loskalm, honoring "Saint" Jonat's friendship with that troll. Even there more like an Enkidu-figure.
