Alas, this is rather a waste of time, as the caste has NEVER been *named* "Farmers", any more than the Talars were named "Lords", the Zzaburi "wizards", or the Horali "soldiers" or "knights". They have been CALLED "farmers" because it is much easier to remember than (IIRC) "Dronar", and because the most likely occupation for J. Random Dronar is that of farmer, rather than miller, baker, carpenter, or even fine violin-maker.

Despite the weird distinctions here made between what it is called, what its name is called, vs. what its name is, Dronar does NOT include the professions of Mathematics Professor or writer. Professor Dodgeson is safe from Caste Breaking, at least.
