Wow, that Lotus Temple looks like an introverted Sydney Opera House... I'd be guessing somewhere in Teshnos.
Just as we have a Sun Dome temple here in Abu Dhabi, there are old watchtowers dotted in places (both here, and especially over the border in the Sultanate of Oman) that look just like the Yelmalio retirement towers:
