I was rooting around on the web when I came across Midkemia's website. These are the guys that did Carse and Cities for Chaosium. They have got on their
website a free download of their TOWNS book, which includes a rather nifty little hill fort location, with lots of Sartar compatible NPC and so forth,

its a shame the location is called Oswestry, but that can be amended with a bit
of Tippex. Take a look and get it while its free.
