There's no energy nor matter form rune neither. If you want a rune to represent entities without physical form (ie. what RQ called spirits) then the best rune is the spirit rune which is helpfully labelled in HQ p265 as "Otherworld Being".
The concept of mind, matter and energy are not form runes as they have been combined with the beast rune in Anaxial's Roster to form the animals. If you want mind by itself then one of the corners of the Law Rune would work just fine (you could add a vertical stroke in the centre and wonder about the relationship between Arkat and Pamalt).
