I envisage it as a second part of the first initiation. TR describes the first initiation as two weeks long so I think there is first the experiences of life described on pg. 60 of TR. That emotionally prepares the girls to make the choices I describe. I don't think for most women it defines their particular cult/subcult, merely points towards likely ones. I'd use it as a basis for the choice the girl makes for her first year as a new adult. I'm not sure that most women actually participate in "I Fought, We Won" - that may be a title which regards only male activity as significant.
