I'm afraid it only works if some of the people she interfered with were part of the Mad Plan. Hathdaran or Andrega Silverflame. All we know about Hathdaran is that he or she is (going to be) Kallyr's principle HQing foe, so using him her or it in this way is probably a Bad Thing. But Moirades could quite easily have hired Andrega for a job, couldn't he?
