I think that the fragment was either in Glorantha Visions or in one of the
Myths of the Month and referred to Belintar's Book. Belintar's Book itself
is a collection of Gloranthan mythology and is available to GTA
Runemasters, see
<http://www.glorantha.com/gta/gta_material.html#Runemasters>. My memory is
that it is a set of instructions that Belintar wrote to himself after he
foresaw his death (I assume by Jar-Eel), knowing that he would come back
(just because he "knows" that he will come back does not mean that it is
true).
