Not a bit.
Each ship is its own organization, organized into a loose fleet led by the toughest guy around. Who is Harrek. But otherwise, he has no control or ownership or claim on any ship but his own.
I think that he'd probably laugh his head off at the losers who were so inept that they could not keep their own ship.
