I agree with Michael, I think it's a mistake to try to define the relationship between Storm Bull and Urox. The two should be presented as they are in their respective cultures, and stuff about how they interact (ie. Uroxi worshipping SB at Praxian holy places) should be left for web site stuff or magazine articles. Even then, deliberate vagueness à la "this is how it appears to be in some places" should be employed liberally, IMO.
