They can bid it, if and only if, their actions justify it.... Of course if you've only got 10 AP's to your name, that can be dealt with.

Last night at the BTT we saw a lot of 10's and 15's being bid as the group flailed torches and lightning spears widly and insanely about inside some shades -- with the understanding that if they screwed up, they'd probably hit a friend or something.

Big stake: Big reward, big failure.
