     As a very rough guideline, the weight/size of something doubles for every +10, although its far from exact, not least because some things may be long but lightweight, etc.! So twice 6 is somewhere around 16 (instead of 12), while twice 16 is around 6W (instead of 12W) and twice 6W is around 16W (instead of 12W2). But note that this isn't intended to be a detailed kg per point relationship, even on a logarithmic scale, and dramatic considerations should always apply (so away with your calculations as to human v horse body masses! ;-)).
