Ahh, but the current debate isn't about "Most/least specific" skills, but about Broad and Narrow abilities. In fact they are generally two sides of the same coin, but I feel it doesn't hurt sometimes to provide an example to "labour the point" so to speak - Just in case there is anyone sitting out there saying "Yes, I know how to deal with specific skills and improvising, but how do I deal with the problem of broad and narrow skills..."
