"Are integrated spirits allowed by the tradition?" is a question that the narrator has to look at. If the group are playing Grazer Riders (young men), then they are not *allowed* to take integrated spirits (because of the age limitations). Also, when you "refill" the fetish you can ask the shaman for a different spirit (within reason, of course). You may decide that you want a Combat spirit instead of a riding spirit (add spirit names to flavor). If the narrator is nice, he'll give it to you.
