The former -- though he was sufficiently unthrilled at the outcome of the first (the quest that brought (back) Arkat) that he might not consider the second (also completely successful, in "technical" terms) that brought back Talor, any less of a success.
Both pretty much the "classic" LBQ ("resurrect dead guy with Fire Rune connection from the pits of Hell"), and about the most clearcut exception to Greg's "rule".
