Its possibly a copper neck-band or something like that. Quality does
matter. The way I would handle it is that its 1 wealth that the
stickpicker could cement (I require you to have toys and trinkets type
wealth equal to the current permanent wealth).
He pays 1 HP and cements his wealth. I deal with wealth of a
piece-by-piece basis.
