More urgent, yes, but also much bigger, more involved, and more expensive. The Hero Book will not have ALL the rules (I'd bet there's nothing in there about Animism, dammit...), nor all the options. I would think it could be made ready before the full new rules, and would be a good introduction and 'fundraiser' for HW2.
