I think the intent I was trying to get across was rounding up. Rather
than just dropping all fractions. You know, 1.5 or more takes you up
to a "+2"
That means 13's drop back to a +1 but 17's provide a +2. 1w provides
a +2 but 5w provides a +3. Etc, etc, etc
