In a holy day ceremony, I consider the entire set of worshippers to be
a single target. For heroquesting, I consider the band to be a single
target. But their success or failure is dictated by the single test
that the celebrant has.
I think that the +40 is a 'send someone else to Hell' ZAP! kind of
thing. =)
