No problem - it's just that sometimes people expect more from a feat because they misremember the name.

Basically, no feat is a "Strike" (ie, ends the contest in one shot, one way or another). Some may allow you to do un-natural things (Fly, Run on Treetops, etc),
but in any extended contest there will be AP bids, and even "Decapitate Foe" won't instantly kill if APs don't drop to the right level. So what use is it, you may ask? Well, it allows you to augment if you want (you can add as many *feat* augmentations as you have time for, but only one "Affinity", a good reason to be a Devotee instead of a Initiate), and can be used at a distance even if you don't have a weapon ("The Humakti presses his palms together, then throws his hands out and away from him. A whirling disk of pure Black streaks at his opponent, hitting him in the neck"). And if a monster can only be defeated by decapitation, you've got the start of a good offense...
