        This is what I would usually assume, especially since Orendana's feats seem about as useful as Dar's, but "Although many women leaders worship Dar the Leader..., some worship Orendana the Queen, especially in matriarchal tribes and clans" suggests that there are more female worshippers of Dar than there are worshippers of Orendana. Considering Ernaldans outnumber Vingans some 85 to 1, this is hard to believe.... Chalk it up to a slightly misleading sentence, I suppose.

        It's also possible (as I realized after I posted) there could be as-yet undescribed subcults to provide leader magic. It's a little hard to imagine for Humakt, him being anti social and all, but Efrodar (there's that "-dar") has command magic, so. Heler was a leader of a great people, so he might have a leader sub-cult, etc.
