No plans as of yet (heck, we're still working on the "good guys"!). There will be a set of templates on the web site to let GMs fill in their own cults, traditions, etc. and the actual template is pretty easy - all you have to do is work from the descriptions in CultsLords of Terror and your own twisted imaginations... Until we get around to getting the low down on *any* magical entity, that's the best we can do (there's only so many hours in a day/days in a year...)
