I fail to see the difference. The topic is a Humakti who uses all these feats as augment. The augments from certain feats such as truesword stroke would seem to me to be lost with the sword.

Would you in Runequest allow two mobility spells on the same person to have cumulative effect? That to me appears to be what you are arguing for with "burst of speed" and "move faster in combat". If the feats were sufficiently different in effect (like RQ's strength and bladesharp), then I would allow them to be cumulative.
