but I still puzzle if the following points in your breakdown actually match what I was looking for:

my reading is that every hero can support the acting
character [via AP-lending, Augmenting, etc] at
point 2 respectively 7.
this would be in addition to the one exchange per round for each
character.[?]
so this differs from the current rule that says you need to forfeit your exchange in order to do an unrelated action, which then can be used to augment, etc...?
if I got this right my weekend will be even greater :)
