Affinity and Mythology (was A thought on limiting improvisation)

For devotees wanting to improvise a new feat, you could make them use their mythology to overcome a resistance based on the number of feats they already have.

Furthermore, you could increase (or decrease) the HP cost to improve an affinity depending on the number of feats the character has.

That could also be used generally for those umbrella skills like close combat.

One problem with this is that the affinities already in the rules don't all have the same number of feats.
