I agree with Graham. This would be unplayable.

Everyone also knows that Trolls are stronger than humans. So a Troll's Strong 8W plainly cannot be compared to an Uroxi's 5W Strong. But unlike with horses I don't have a Players World concept of how strong a troll really is, which I need to create the differential.

Everyone also knows that Humakti are deadly with the sword, so if I take Close Combat 17 as a Humakti, should that be assumed to be really higher than a pesky Heortling Warrior with 1W? And what scale should Dara Happan skirmisher's ben one.

Eventually we'd all be reduced to playing Amber.
