Again, yes, this is my understanding of the ability. Remember too that you could be "LARGE 15" or "TALL 15" or "FAT 15". Sometimes these might be directly comparable (can you follow the Trollkin down a crevice in a cave that is awkward for anyone above "LARGE 8")- and sometimes you might want to apply some sort of modifier (Can you see over a wall which has a resistance of 18? You can augment your Jump with your "TALL" (or vice versa) but probably nnot with your "FAT"
