Could be compressed in 40 or so meaning that about half the desc would be devoted to the main aspect of the char, which seems correct to me (but a bit pricey for 3/4 narrow skills maybe ?).

I'd say the last one is a sub-set of the second one, and that I'd need to rephrase that second one to give the idea of a manipulative rogue rather than a touchy-feely kind of guy ;)
