I assumed this - sorry, should have spelt it out. Wouldn't bother with the others myself, but your game may differ.

That would be "Bind Spirit" then? I'd expect the shaman to need to get the spirit to agree to serve - either by force or persuasion. Hence these are the two abilities I listed. I would expect during down time, the shaman would be assumed to always use the better one.

Noticed after I sent this, that isn't follower in the sense of Follower, the rules construct. Hopefully you know what I mean...
