An additional suggestion for the UK is Wayland's Forge in Birmingham, I am reasonably suer they had copies in stock last weekend. I dont recall the URL off the top of my head (and as I am currently in Toronto, counting down to Gloranthacon) i can't check it for you easily, but I'm sure a decent Web search engine will pick it up (You might even find it searching on the Yahoo Group web interface, as I may have suggested them previously on one ot other of the HW lists?)
