Yes, I agree, although I'd give him a +8 Edge! +2 per 10 Ability (or
+1 Bonus) is my guideline, overly generous at low levels, but
increasingly miserley at higher levels. Lets the beginners get a bit
Heroic :) Is there any significant difference between a resistance of
15 and one of 20 for this calculation?

Is it him? Ah, fair enough, still, interesting rule. While I agree he
probably WOULDN'T take the chance with a die roll every time, I'd
allow it (+2 Edge) to speed things up. I note the Orlanthi are
entirely characterless too... No personality traits :) Soon fixed,
although I'm unsure if the Bevaran who sings & laughs in combat
should be 'Joyous 1W' or 'Eerily Unhinged 1W'...

Personally I wouldn't allow that, as 'Strong' does not, to me, imply
any skill (although yes, an Improv Penalty would work, I'd make it a
big one, probably -15 or -20). For lifting boulders, or breaking down
doors, yes, but not for combat. If the player described a shield
rush, that would be better for Strong.
