Sounds entirely reasonable to me. Harrek just downed a keg of rum, then was hit with the stun spell that a dozen magicians have been working on for a month. Even he might have a hard time staying on his feet, and putting one foot in front of another could be even harder. BUT, I'm sure he'd still be a dangerous fighter, if you came close enough to him for him to hit you :)
