They have to be actual attributes the hero has purchased, relevant to the situation and each takes time to set up - I believe this is discussed in the augment section. _All_ augments are specifically subject to narrator approval.

First folks complain that they could only use one non-magical augment. Now they complain there are too many mundane augments... there's no pleasing people! =)
