Not sure what you mean. The Matrix has nothing to do with representing guns in the real world, or in games like Cthulhu (which is where this started.) Guns are almost irrelevant in the Matrix, where the abilities would be more along the lines of :
Bend Reality to Will 10W3
Ignore Reality 10W3
Change Speed of Time 10W3
Wooden Acting 10W4
The guns are little more than minor props to flesh out the descriptions with. They wouldn't be part of the skill set at all.
