Use the enchanting or delayed magic rules, put a magical effect (Feat, Spell, Bound Spirit) into some sort of "ward" object and Bob's your uncle. "Anyone that isn't me (or "isn't a member od my family/cult/heroband") gets attacked by this magical thingy".
