Not stated baldly in the keywords section, but implied in the personality trait area - where you don't have to take all the personality traits, just the ones you like.

Theres a few the the Gloranthan community that don't drive. At the moment my bike is non-functional, and even if it were it would be a hell of a climb to get to town (uphill, both ways. There's this large hill inbetween...). Drivers on our road generally stop and chat when they meet :-). Since we don't get cell phone reception, and the Starbucks hasn't opened up in town yet, we don't have the double-threat "Talk on the phone while opening their coffee cup" drivers. And the nearest traffic light is 15 miles away. There's a few good things about being out here...
