WIth the proposals floating around at the moment that the UK might adopt the international baccalureate, things may change. I'm not expecting it anytime soon, though.

(Grins). I think anything, knowledge-wise, could come off of General Education, all that needs to be determined is how "obscure" it is and so what improv penalty to apply. E.g.:
